What is Behçet's disease?
Behçet's disease is a rare, poorly understood condition that results in inflammation of the blood vessels and tissues1.
What may cause Behçet's disease?
The cause of Behcet's disease is unknown, although it is believed to be an autoinflammatory condition. There are 2 factors, that link to Behcet's, which are:
Genes
Environmental factors
Mouth Ulcers
Skin Lesions
Inflammation of Joints, eyes, and nervous system
Sensitive skin to touch
GI symptoms
Blot clots and aneurysms
The sensitivity of skin and inflammation can cause chronic pain every day, leading to fatigue.
The Main trigger for pain is touch.
